[OMB Number 1110–0009] Notice is hereby given that, on November 13, 2012, pursuant to Section 6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993, 15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (‘‘the Act’’), Cable Television Laboratories, Inc. (‘‘CableLabs’’) has filed written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing additions to its membership. The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, Lyons Communications, LLC, Lyons, CO; and Harron Communications, L.P., d/b/a MetroCast Communications, Frazer, PA, have been added as parties to this venture. No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned activity of the group research project. Membership in this group research project remains open, and CableLabs intends to file additional written notifications disclosing all changes in membership. On August 8, 1988, CableLabs filed its original notification pursuant to Section 6(a) of the Act. The Department of Justice published a notice in the Federal Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the Act on September 7, 1988 (53 FR 34593). The last notification was filed with the Department on November 4, 2010. A notice was published in the Federal Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the Act on December 17, 2010 (75 FR 79025). The proposed information collection is published to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies. The purpose of this notice is to allow for an additional 30 days for public comment until January 17, 2013. (4) Affected public who will be asked or required to respond, as well as a brief abstract: Primary: City, county, state, federal and tribal law enforcement agencies. These forms will gather specific incident data obtained from law enforcement agencies in which an officer was accidentally killed, feloniously killed or assaulted with injury from a firearm or knife or other cutting instrument in the line of duty. Data are published annually in the publication Law Enforcement Officers Killed and Assaulted. (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: There are approximately 243 law enforcement agency respondents; calculated estimates indicate 1 hour per report. (6) An estimate of the total public burden (in hours) associated with this collection: There are approximately 243 hours, annual burden, associated with this information collection.
