Federal Advisory Committee Act, as
amended (5 U.S.C. App.), notice is
hereby given of the following meeting.
The meeting will be closed to the
public in accordance with the
provisions set forth in sections
552b(c)(4) and 552b(c)(6), Title 5 U.S.C.,
as amended. The grant applications and
the discussions could disclose
confidential trade secrets or commercial
property such as patentable material,
and personal information concerning
individuals associated with the grant
applications, the disclosure of which
would constitute a clearly unwarranted
invasion of personal privacy.

Abstract: FEMA’s Community
Preparedness Division would like to
renew a currently approved collection
for its registration of State, local, Tribal
and territorial Councils and Community
Emergency Response Teams. The
registration process allows for new
Councils to submit information on the
Council or CERT to the State Citizen
Corps Program Manager for approval.
The revised registration process will
allow for the collection of more valuable
information and the tool is more userfriendly for Citizen Corps Councils and
CERT’s.
Affected Public: State, local or Tribal
Government.
Estimated Number of Respondents:
3,750.
Number of Responses: 7,500.
Estimated Total Annual Burden
Hours: 7,500 hours.
Estimated Cost: The estimated annual
cost to respondents for the hour burden
