Bush’s Interagency Task Force on
Returning Global War on Terror Heroes,
VA and the Department of Defense
(DOD) have agreed to develop a joint
process in which Global War on Terror
(GWOT) service member’s are evaluated
to assign disability ratings, which will
be used to determine military retention,
level of disability for retirement, and VA
disability compensation. VA Form 21–
0819 will be used to gather the
necessary information to determine the
service member’s eligibility.

The Veterans Health
Administration (VHA) is announcing an
opportunity for public comment on the
proposed collection of certain
information by the agency. Under the
Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of
1995, Federal agencies are required to
publish notice in the Federal Register
concerning each proposed collection of
information, including each proposed
extension of a currently approved
collection, and allow 60 days for public
comment in response to the notice. This
notice solicits comments on information
needed to identify areas for
improvement in clinical training
programs.
SUMMARY:
