coordinate on all available remedies.

managers who use the information to
determine actions required to correct
the causes of loss and to take
appropriate action against DLA
employees or contractors in cases of
their involvement. Records are also used
by DLA to monitor the progress of
investigations, identify crime conducive
conditions, and prepare crime
vulnerability assessments.

inhibit unauthorized access and
maintain the protection afforded by U.S.
export control laws. The information
collected is disclosed only to the extent
consistent with prudent business
practices, current regulations, and
statutory requirements and is so
indicated on the Privacy Act Statement
of DD Form 2345.
