Request: Reinstatement.
Number of Respondents: 40,000.

wishing to acquire government property
identified as Munitions List Items (MLI)

firms or individuals. The EUC informs
the recipients that when this property is
to be exported, they must comply with
the International Traffic in Arms
Regulation (ITAR), 22 CFR 120 et seq.;

(EAR), 15 CFR 730 et seq.; Office of
Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC), 31 CFR

Customs Service rules and regulations.

Notice to delete a System of
Records.
ACTION:
The Department of the Army
is deleting a system of records notice in
its existing inventory of record systems
subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5
U.S.C. 552a), as amended.
SUMMARY:
This proposed action will be
effective on January 7, 2013 unless
comments are received which result in
a contrary determination. Comments
will be accepted on or before January 4,
2013.
