The Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) will be submitting the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The extension of a previously approved information collection is published to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies. This information collection was previously published in the Federal Register Volume 77, Number 189, page 59664 on September 28, 2012, allowing for a 60 day comment period. The purpose of this notice is to allow for an additional 30 days for public comment until January 3, 2013. This process is conducted in accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10. The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd., Tokyo, JAPAN, has withdrawn as a party to this venture. In addition, Pall Corporation, Port Washington, NY, has been added as a party to the International SEMATECH Manufacturing Initiative, Inc. (‘‘ISMI’’). No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned activity of the group research project. Membership in this group research project remains open, and SEMATECH intends to file additional written notifications disclosing all changes in membership. On April 22, 1988, SEMATECH filed its original notification pursuant to Section 6(a) of the Act.     Notice is hereby given that, on October 19, 2012, pursuant to 
Section 6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 
1993, 15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (``the Act''), Sematech, Inc. d/b/a 
International Sematech (``SEMATECH'') has filed written notifications

the Act on May 19, 1988 (53 FR 17987).
