App., that the portions of the meeting dealing with the discussion of questions that may appear on the Joint Board’s examinations and the review of the November 2012 Pension (EA–2A) Joint Board Examination fall within the exceptions to the open meeting requirement set forth in 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(9)(B), and that the public interest requires that such portions be closed to public participation. The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd., Tokyo, JAPAN, has withdrawn as a party to this venture. In addition, Pall Corporation, Port Washington, NY, has been added as a party to the International SEMATECH Manufacturing Initiative, Inc. (‘‘ISMI’’). Membership in this group research project remains open, and SEMATECH intends to file additional written notifications disclosing all changes in membership.
