On November 21, 2012, the Assistant Secretary—Indian Affairs decided to accept approximately 40 acres of land into trust for the Enterprise Rancheria of Maidu Indians of California under the authority of the Indian Reorganization Act of 1934, 25 U.S.C. 465.
