This proposed information collection was previously published in the Federal Register, Volume 77, Number 180, page 57154, on September 17, 2012, allowing for a 60-day comment period. The purpose of this notice is to allow for an additional 30 days for public comment until December 28, 2012. This process is conducted in accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10. Affected public who will be asked or required to respond, as well as a brief abstract: Primary: Local, state, or tribal law enforcement agencies. Other: None. Abstract: This collection will gather information related to youth and their activities for research and assessment purposes. 5. An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond/reply: It is estimated that it will take 2,100 respondents approximately ten minutes each to complete the survey. 6. An estimate of the total public burden (in hours) associated with the collection: The total estimated annual burden hours to complete the certification form are fewer than 425 hours.
