Abstract: Form 2439 is used by
regulated investment companies or real
estate investment trusts to show
shareholders the amount of tax paid on
undistributed capital gains under
section 852(b)(3)(D) or 857(b)(3)(D).
Current Actions: There are no changes
being made to the form at this time.
Type of Review: Extension of a
currently approved collection.

Form Number: Form 4506.
Abstract: Internal Revenue Code
section 7513 allows taxpayers to request
a copy of a tax return or related
documents. Form 4506 is used for this
purpose. The information provided will
be used for research to locate the tax
form and to ensure that the requestor is
the taxpayer or someone authorized by
the taxpayer to obtain the documents
requested.
