I have determined that the emergency

Columbia resulting from Hurricane Sandy
beginning on October 28, 2012, and
continuing, are of sufficient severity and
magnitude to warrant an emergency
declaration under the Robert T. Stafford

Act’’). Therefore, I declare that such an
emergency exists in the District of Columbia.
