The President identified in the Annex to the Order various individuals and entities as subject to the economic sanctions. The Order authorizes the Secretaries of State and of the Treasury, in coordination with each other and with and the Attorney General, to designate additional persons determined to meet certain criteria set forth in the Order. The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control has determined that this individual should be removed from the SDN List. Correspondence Project Committee will be conducted. The Taxpayer 
Advocacy Panel is soliciting public comments, ideas, and suggestions on 
improving customer service at the Internal Revenue Service.

DATES: The meeting will be held Monday, December 3, 2012 and Tuesday, 
December 4, 2012.
