Take notice that on October 12, 2012,
the North American Electric Reliability
Corporation (NERC) submitted a
compliance filing in accordance with
the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission’s Order (FERC or
Commission) in North American
Electric Reliability Corporation, 140
FERC ¶ 61,215 (2012) (September 20
Order).
