by Corporations.

Abstract: Form 2220 is used by
corporation to determine whether they
are subject to the penalty for
underpayment of estimated tax and, if
so, the amount of the penalty. The IRS
uses Form 2220 to determine if the
penalty was correctly computed.
Current Actions: There are no changes
being made to the form at this time.
Type of Review: Extension of a
currently approved collection.
Affected Public: Business or other forprofit institutions.
