ACTION: Notification of public teleconference meeting and public comment. AGENCY: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) hereby provides notice in agreement with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, that the National Environmental Justice Advisory Council (NEJAC) will host a public teleconference meeting on Wednesday, November 14, 2012, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The primary topics of discussion will be: • Proposed Recommendations for Fostering Environmental Justice for Tribes and Indigenous Peoples. • Enhancing Public Engagement and Environmental Justice into Permitting. • Revisions to the NEJAC Model Plan for Public Participation.
