ACTION: Notice of Open Meeting. AGENCY: This notice sets forth the schedule of a forthcoming meeting of the DoC NOAA National Climate Assessment and Development Advisory Committee (NCADAC). Time and Date: The meeting will be held November 14, 2012 from 9:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. and November 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
