(5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: It is estimated that 22 persons complete 52 DEA Forms 488 annually for this collection at 1 hour per form, for an annual burden of 52 hours. Respondents complete a separate DEA Form 488 for each List I chemical for which quota is sought. (6) An estimate of the total public burden (in hours) associated with the collection: It is estimated that there are 52 annual burden hours associated with this collection.
