determinations along one or more
flooding sources in Fairbanks North Star
Borough, Alaska. FEMA is withdrawing
the proposed rulemaking and intends to
publish a Notice of Proposed Flood
Hazard Determinations in the Federal
Register and a notice in the affected
community’s local newspaper following
issuance of a revised preliminary Flood
Insurance Rate Map and Flood
Insurance Study report.

ACTION:
We (NMFS) announce a 90day finding on a petition to list Nassau
grouper (Epinephelus striatus) as
threatened or endangered under the
Endangered Species Act (ESA). We find
that the petition presents substantial
scientific or commercial information
indicating that the petitioned action
may be warranted. Accordingly, we will
conduct a review of the status of this
species to determine if the petitioned
action is warranted. To ensure that the
status review is comprehensive, we
solicit information pertaining to this
species from any interested party.
