Cats and Girls,’’ imported from abroad
for temporary exhibition within the
United States, are of cultural
significance. The objects are imported
pursuant to a loan agreement with the
foreign owner or custodian. I also
determine that the exhibition or display
of the exhibit objects at the Metropolitan
Museum of Art, New York, New York,
from on or about September 23, 2013,
until on or about January 13, 2014, and
at possible additional exhibitions or
venues yet to be determined, is in the
national interest. I have ordered that
Public Notice of these Determinations
be published in the Federal Register.

Authorities Under the CFO Act
By virtue of the authority vested in
me by the Chief Financial Officer Act,
31 U.S.C. 901 et seq., and by the
designation from the President, dated
June 12, 2012, and to the extent
authorized by law, I hereby delegate to
the Comptroller the functions and
authorities provided for in 31 U.S.C.
902(a)(2), (3), (5) and (6), with the access

Any reference in the CFO Act to
