SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In
accordance with the requirements of the
Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5
U.S.C. App., we announce that the
Trinity Adaptive Management Working
Group (TAMWG) will hold a
teleconference/web-based meeting.
Background
The TAMWG affords stakeholders the
opportunity to give policy, management,
and technical input concerning Trinity
River (California) restoration efforts to

the Trinity Management Council (TMC).
The TMC interprets and recommends
policy, coordinates and reviews
management actions, and provides
organizational budget oversight.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The BIA is
canceling work on the EIS because the
Department of the Interior has denied
the application to take the land into
trust on September 1, 2011. The Notice
of Intent to prepare the Draft EIS, which
included a description of the proposed
action, was published in the Federal
Register on March 1, 2005 (70 FR 9963–
9964). A public scoping meeting was
held on March 16, 2005 and a public
hearing was held on April 4, 2011; both
were held in Anthony, New Mexico.
The Notice of Availability of the Draft
EIS was published in the Federal
Register on April 8, 2011 (76 FR 19783–
19784). A Final EIS for this project has
not been completed.
This cancellation is effective
October 2, 2012.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Office
of Management and Budget (OMB)
regulations at 5 CFR 1320, which
implement provisions of the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104–13),

opportunity to comment on information
collection and recordkeeping activities
[see 5 CFR 1320.8(d)]. OSM has
submitted a request to OMB to renew its
approval of the collection of information
contained in two technical training
program course effectiveness evaluation
forms. OSM is requesting a 3-year term
of approval for each information
collection activity.
An agency may not conduct or
sponsor, and a person is not required to
respond to, a collection of information
unless it displays a currently valid OMB
control number. The OMB control
number for this collection of
information is 1029–0110. Completion
and submission of these forms is
voluntary.
As required by 5 CFR 1320.8(d), a
Federal Register notice soliciting
comments on this collection of
information was published on June 22,
2012 (77 FR 37710). No comments were
received. This notice provides the
public with an additional 30 days in

determine the kind and quality of
services they want and their level of

with OSM’s training program and
