AGENCY: In accordance with requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (‘‘PRA’’), 44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq., the FDIC may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. The FDIC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the renewal of an existing information collection, as required by the PRA. On July 24, 2012 (77 FR 43283), the FDIC solicited public comment for a 60-day period on renewal of the following information collection: Public Disclosure by Banks (OMB No. 3064–0090). No comments were received. Therefore, the FDIC hereby gives notice of submission of its request for renewal to OMB for review. DATES: Comments must be submitted on or before November 30, 2012. Total Annual Burden: 2,243 hours. General Description: 12 CFR 350 requires a bank to notify the general public, and in some instances shareholders, that financial disclosure statements are available on request. Required disclosures consist of financial reports for the current and preceding year, which can be photocopied directly from the year-end call reports. Also, on a case-by-case basis, the FDIC may require that descriptions of enforcement actions be included in disclosure statements. The regulation allows, but does not require, the inclusion of management discussions and analysis.
