This is a supplemental notice in the
above-referenced proceeding, of Park
Power LLC’s application for marketbased rate authority, with an
accompanying rate schedule, noting that
such application includes a request for
blanket authorization, under 18 CFR
part 34, of future issuances of securities
and assumptions of liability.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

in accordance with Rules 211 and 214

Federal Deposit Insurance
Corporation (FDIC).
ACTION: Notice of information collection
to be submitted to OMB for review and
approval under the Paperwork
Reduction Act.
AGENCY:
In accordance with
requirements of the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995 (‘‘PRA’’), 44
U.S.C. 3501 et seq., the FDIC may not
conduct or sponsor, and the respondent
is not required to respond to, an
information collection unless it displays
a currently valid Office of Management
and Budget (OMB) control number. The
FDIC, as part of its continuing effort to
reduce paperwork and respondent
burden, invites the general public and
other Federal agencies to take this
opportunity to comment on the renewal
of an existing information collection, as
required by the PRA. On June 6, 2012
(77 FR 33457), the FDIC solicited public
comment for a 60-day period on the
renewal of the following information
collection: Temporary Liquidity
Guarantee Program. No comments were
received. Therefore, the FDIC hereby
gives notice of submission of its request
for renewal to OMB for review.
