3. The withdrawal made by this order
does not alter the applicability of those

resources, to maintain the current status
of the lands pending action on an
application for legislative withdrawal
for military purposes under the Engle
Act.
4. This withdrawal will expire in 5
years from the effective date of this
order unless, as a result a review
conducted before the expiration date
pursuant to Section 204(f) of the Federal
Land Policy and Management Act of
1976, 43 U.S.C. 1714(f), the Secretary
determines that the withdrawal shall be
extended.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
Bureau of Land Management has
determined that a portion of the
withdrawal created by the Executive
Order dated July 2, 1910, which
established Power Site Reserve No. 78,
is no longer needed for the purpose for
which the land was withdrawn and
partial revocation is needed to facilitate
a transfer of title by the Forest Service.
The Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission has no objections to the
partial revocation.

the Secretary of the Interior by Section
204 of the Federal Land Policy and
Management Act of 1976, 43 U.S.C.
1714, it is ordered as follows:
1. The withdrawal created by the
Executive Order dated July 2, 1910,

No 78, is hereby revoked insofar as it
affects the following described land:

Sec. 33, lot 1.
The area described contains 40.81 acres in
Gilpin County.
2. At 9 a.m. on September 24, 2012
the land described in Paragraph 1 is
hereby opened to such forms of
disposition that may be made of
National Forest System land, subject to
valid existing rights, the provisions of
existing withdrawals, other segregations
of record, and the requirements of
applicable law.

The Lake Clark National Park
Subsistence Resource Commission
(SRC) and the Wrangell-St. Elias
National Park SRC will meet to develop
and continue work on National Park
Service (NPS) subsistence program
recommendations and other related
subsistence management issues. The
NPS SRC program is authorized under
Title VIII, Section 808 of the Alaska
National Interest Lands Conservation
Act, Public Law 96–487, to operate in
accordance with the provisions of the
Federal Advisory Committee Act. The
Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub.
L. 92–463, 86 Stat. 770) requires that
public notice of this meeting be
announced in the Federal Register.

newspapers and announced on local
radio stations.
