The nature and scope of EASA’s
standards development activities are:
EASA publishes Recommended Practice
for the Repair of Rotating Electrical
Apparatus. This document describes
recordkeeping, tests, analysis, and
general guidelines for the repair of
rotating electrical apparatus, including
generators and motors. The purpose of
EASA documents is to establish
requirements in each step of electrical
apparatus rewinding and rebuilding.
They are not intended to take the place
of the customer’s or the machine
manufacturer’s specific instructions or
specifications. EASA standards-related
documents are intended to aid in
assuring the continued reliability of
electrical apparatus, by providing good
work practice guidance. Further, they
are intended as guides for maintaining
the energy efficiency of rewound and
rebuilt electrical apparatus. The scope
of EASA’s standards activities differs
from that of IEEE, NEMA, and NFPA. It
is the intention of EASA to continue to
reference IEEE, NEMA, and NFPA
standards where they apply to a
document.

venture.
Also, Onkyo Sound & Vision has
changed its name to Digital Acoustic
Corporation, Neyagaw, Osaka, JAPAN.
No other changes have been made in
either the membership or planned
activity of the group research project.
Membership in this group research
project remains open, and DVD CCA
intends to file additional written
notifications disclosing all changes in
membership.
On April 11, 2001, DVD CCA filed its
original notification pursuant to Section
6(a) of the Act. The Department of
Justice published a notice in the Federal
Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the
Act on August 3, 2001 (66 FR 40727).
The last notification was filed with
the Department on May 24, 2012. A
notice was published in the Federal
Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the
Act on June 29, 2012 (77 FR 38830).

Bureau of Investigation’s Criminal
Justice Information Services (CJIS)
Advisory Policy Board (APB). The CJIS
APB is a federal advisory committee
established pursuant to the Federal
Advisory Committee Act (FACA). This
meeting announcement is being
published as required by Section 10 of
the FACA.
The FBI CJIS APB is responsible for
reviewing policy issues and appropriate
technical and operational issues related
to the programs administered by the
FBI’s CJIS Division, and thereafter,
