tissue models to study HIV risk and

role of genital tract immunology and
inflammation on HIV risk and prevention;
the genital tract microbiome and HIV risk;
the application of new technologies such as
genomics to better understand HIV risk and
prevention in women, and how to leverage
the current understanding of the basic
biology of the genital tract for HIV
prevention. An update will be provided on
the latest changes made to the federal
treatment and prevention guidelines by the
OARAe Working Groups responsible for the
guidelines.
