SUMMARY: The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), 
submitted the following recordkeeping requirement notice to the Office 
of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance 
with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, (PRA 95) (44 U.S.C. Chapter 
35). CNCS requested that OMB review and approve its emergency request
