The information is required by section
184 of the Housing and Community
Development Act of 1994, as amended
by section 701 of the Native American
Housing Assistance and SelfDetermination Act of 1996 and
implementing regulations at 24 CFR part
1005. HUD has the authority to
guarantee loans for the construction,
acquisition, rehabilitation or refinance
of 1- to 4-family homes to be owned by
