Truman Building at the U.S. Department of State, 2201 C Street NW., Washington, DC. The meeting will be hosted by the Assistant Secretary of State for Economic and Business Affairs Jose W. Fernandez and Committee Chair Ted Kassinger. The ACIEP serves the U.S. Government in a solely advisory capacity, and provides advice concerning issues and challenges in international economic policy. The meeting will examine U.S.-Egypt relations. Subcommittee reports will be led by the Investment Subcommittee, the Sanctions Subcommittee, the Subcommittee on Women in International Economic Policy, and the Stakeholder Advisory Board on the U.S. National Contact Point for the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. This meeting is open to public participation, though seating is limited. Section 404(d)(3) of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (19 U.S.C. 3601(d)(3)) authorizes the President to allocate the in-quota quantity of a TRQ for any agricultural product among supplying countries or customs areas. The President delegated this authority to the United States Trade Representative in Presidential Proclamation 6763 (60 FR 1007). On September 10, 2012, the Secretary of Agriculture (Secretary) announced the sugar program provisions for fiscal year (FY) 2013 (Oct. 1, 2012, through Sept. 30, 2013). The Secretary announced an in-quota quantity of the TRQ for raw cane sugar for FY 2013 of 1,117,195 metric tons* raw value (MTRV), which is the minimum amount to which the United States is committed to provide access for under the World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement. USTR is allocating this quantity (1,117,195 MTRV) to the following countries in the amounts specified below: OFFICE OF THE TRADE REPRESENTATIVE Country Fiscal Year 2013 Tariff-rate Quota Allocations for Raw Cane Sugar, Refined and Specialty Sugar, and Sugar-Containing Products Office of the United States Trade Representative.
