L. 92– 463, as amended), the National Science Foundation (NSF) announces its intent to hold proposal review meetings throughout the year. The purpose of these meetings is to provide advice and recommendations concerning proposals submitted to the NSF for financial support. The agenda for each of these meetings is to review and evaluate proposals as part of the selection process for awards. The review and evaluation may also include assessment of the progress of awarded proposals. The majority of these meetings will take place at NSF, 4201 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, Virginia 22230. These meetings will be closed to the public. The proposals being reviewed include information of a proprietary or confidential nature, including technical information; financial data, such as salaries; and personal information concerning individuals associated with the proposals. The bacterium is used with a reconstituting reagent to determine toxicity levels. The proposed amendment would have revised Technical Specification (TS) 5.6.5, ‘‘CORE OPERATING LIMITS REPORT (COLR),’’ to replace the existing large break loss-of-coolant accident (LOCA) analysis methodology. Specifically, the proposed change adds a reference to WCAP–16009–P–A, ‘‘Realistic Large Break LOCA Evaluation Methodology Using Automated Statistical Treatment of Uncertainty Method (ASTRUM),’’ to TS 5.6.5b. The Commission had previously issued a Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment published in the Federal Register on December 28, 2010 (75 FR 81673). However, by letter dated August 23, 2012 (ADAMS Accession No. ML12248A261), the licensee withdrew the proposed change.
