comments, recommendations, terms and
conditions or prescriptions must set
forth their evidentiary basis and
otherwise comply with the requirements
of 18 CFR 4.34(b). Agencies may obtain
copies of the application directly from
the applicant. Any of these documents
must be filed by providing the original

to construct, install, own, operate and
maintain approximately 2,800 feet of 8inch diameter pipeline lateral, a new
metering station, a new main line valve

facilities to provide up to 5,700

transportation service and to establish
an initial recourse rate for firm
