sleeve shirts, and closed-toe shoes.
Failure to comply with this request may
result in limiting the attendee’s access

Take notice that on May 2, 2012,
Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, LLC,
(Entergy Gulf States) requested approval
to use Account 439, Adjustments to
Retained Earnings, to correct a proposed
accounting error related to its past
practice of deferring certain income tax
items. Additionally, on July 2, 2012,
Entergy Gulf States submitted additional
information regarding its accounting
request.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 or 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the
