However, respondents may request confidential treatment of their information under 47 CFR 0.459 of the Commission’s rules. Needs and Uses: The Commission is seeking OMB approval for an extension of this information collection in order to obtain their full three year approval. There is no change to the reporting and/ or third party disclosure requirements. There is a change to the Commission’s burden estimates. We are reporting a 28,160 burden reduction adjustment. This reduction is due to a reduction in the number of respondents based on updated information. The information in this collection is used by the Commission to select Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) Board of Directors and to ensure that requests for review are filed properly with the Commission. Section 54.703 states that industry and non-industry groups may submit to the Commission for approval nominations for individuals to be appointed to the USAC Board of Directors. ACTION: Notice. AGENCY: The FTC intends to conduct an evaluation of Admongo, its advertising literacy program for children ages 8–12. The evaluation will involve a randomized controlled trial of the Admongo program involving 6,000– 8,000 students.
