XV, Sec. 3 entitled ‘‘NASDAQ Options
Market—Access Services,’’ related to
fees assessed by NASDAQ for
connectivity to the NASDAQ Options
Market (‘‘NOM’’), NASDAQ’s facility for
executing and routing standardized
equity and index options.
While fee changes pursuant to this
proposal are effective upon filing, the
