Title: Work Opportunity Credit for
Qualified Tax-Exempt Organizations
Hiring Qualified Veterans.
Form: 5884–C.
Abstract: Form 5884–C was
developed as a result of VOW to Hire
Heroes Act of 2011, Public Law 112–56.
Section 261 of Public Law 112–56
expanded the Work Opportunity Credit
to tax-exempt organizations that hire
unemployed veterans. The tax credit is
a reduction in payroll taxes paid by the
tax-exempt organization. Form 5884–C
allows a tax-exempt organization a way
to claim the credit and provides the IRS
the information to process the tax credit.

financial institution does not respond to
the 133, a debit request (Form 135) is
sent to the Federal Reserve Bank.

FACI, has ordered publication of this
notice that the FACI will convene its
quarterly meeting on Monday, August 6,
2012. The meeting will be held at the

ACTION:
In accordance with the
requirements of the Paperwork
Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C.
chapter 35), the OCC, the Board, and the
FDIC (collectively, the agencies) may
not conduct or sponsor, and the
respondent is not required to respond
to, an information collection unless it
displays a currently valid Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) control
number. The Federal Financial
Institutions Examination Council
(FFIEC), of which the agencies are
members, has approved the agencies’
publication for public comment of a
proposal to extend, with revision, the
Foreign Branch Report of Condition
(FFIEC 030 and FFIEC 030S), which is
a currently approved information
collection for each agency. The
proposed panel changes would be
effective for the FFIEC 030 and FFIEC
030S reports as of the December 31,
2012, report date. At the end of the
comment period, the comments and
recommendations received will be
analyzed to determine the extent to
which the FFIEC and the agencies
should modify the proposed revisions
prior to giving final approval. The
agencies will then submit the proposed
revisions to OMB for review and
approval.

or before September 28, 2012.
