In compliance with section 7(a)(2) of the ESA, we will analyze whether issuance of the permits would jeopardize listed, proposed, or candidate species or adversely modify any designated or proposed critical habitat. We will then determine whether the permit applications meet the requirements of section 10(a) of the ESA. We will use the results of all these analyses in a final findings document to determine whether to issue the permits. Pursuant to section 10(a)(1)(b) of the ESA, we will issue the permits to the applicants if the requirements are met. amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) received a petition for 
reinstatement from EnCana Oil & Gas (USA) for competitive oil and gas 
lease WYW156551 for land in Natrona County, Wyoming. The petition was 
filed on time and was accompanied by all the rentals due since the date 
the lease terminated under the law.
