Review. On March 4, 2011, the State

that the proposed action has no effect on

Finding of No Significant Impact
The NRC staff performed an
environmental assessment of the
proposed action. The NRC staff
concludes that the proposed action will
not have a significant effect on the
quality of the human environment.
Accordingly, the NRC staff has
determined not to prepare an
environmental impact statement for the
proposed action.

codified in the CFR, but the Office of
Personnel Management (OPM)
publishes a notice of agency-specific
authorities established or revoked each
month in the Federal Register at

publishes annually a consolidated

30 as a notice in the Federal Register.
