(Southern Star), 4700 Highway 56, Owensboro, Kentucky 42301, filed an application in the above referenced docket pursuant to section 7(b) of the Natural Gas Act (NGA) requesting authorization to abandon in place, and certain sections by removal by request of landowners, approximately 16.14 miles of 20-inch diameter pipeline located in Oklahoma and Logan Counties, Oklahoma (Line V). Southern Star states that due to the age of Line V and the use of coupled pipe, Line V cannot be inspected to meet Pipeline Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) requirements.
