grounds of inadmissibility.

respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: 50 responses at 30 minutes (0.5
hour) per response.

The Rio
Grande Natural Area Commission was
established in the Rio Grande Natural
Area Act (16 U.S.C. 460rrr–2). The ninemember Commission advises the
Secretary of the Interior, through the
BLM, concerning the preparation and
implementation of a management plan
for non-Federal land in the Rio Grande
Natural Area, as directed by law.
Planned agenda topics for this meeting
include: resource concerns and goals to
be addressed in the management plan,
subcommittee reports on the draft plan
and the process for public involvement.
The public may offer oral comments at
10:15 a.m. or written statements, which
may be submitted for the Commission’s
consideration. Please send written
comments to Denise Adamic at the
address above by September 10, 2012.
Depending on the number of persons
wishing to comment and time available,
the time for individual oral comments
may be limited. Summary minutes for
the Commission meeting will be
maintained in the San Luis Valley Field
Office and will be available for public
inspection and reproduction during
regular business hours within 30 days
following the meeting. Meeting minutes
and agenda are also available at:

Collection Under Review.
The Department of Justice (DOJ),
Community Relations Service (CRS) will
be submitting the following information
collection request to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and approval in accordance with
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
The proposed information collection is
published to obtain comments from the
public and affected agencies. This
proposed information collection was
previously published in the Federal
Register Volume 77, Number 85, page
26043, on May 2, 2012, allowing for a
60 day comment period.
The purpose of this notice is to allow
for an additional 30 days for public
comment until August 15, 2012. This
process is conducted in accordance with
5 CFR 1320.10.
Written comments and/or suggestions
regarding the items contained in this
notice, especially the estimated public
burden and associated response time,
