(4) Vessel operators desiring to enter or operate within the safety zone shall contact the Captain of the Port Buffalo or his on-scene representative to obtain permission to do so. The Captain of the Port Buffalo or his on-scene representative may be contacted via VHF Channel 16. SUMMARY: The Coast Guard will enforce a Safety Zone for the Niceville 
July 4th Fireworks Show in Boggy Bayou, Niceville, Florida from 8 p.m. 
until 9 p.m. on July 4, 2012. This action is necessary for the 
safeguard of participants and spectators, including all crews, vessels, 
and persons on navigable waters during the Niceville July 4th Fireworks 
Show. During the enforcement period, entry into, transiting or 
anchoring in the Safety Zone is prohibited to all vessels not 
registered with the sponsor as participants or official patrol vessels, 
unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port (COTP) Mobile 
or a designated representative.

DATES: The regulations in 33 CFR 165.801 will be enforced from 8 p.m. 
until 9 p.m. on July 4, 2012.
