This notice serves as a reminder to
parties subject to administrative
protective order (APO) of their
responsibility concerning the
disposition of proprietary information
disclosed under APO in accordance
with section 351.306 of the
Department’s regulations. Timely
written notification of the return and/or
destruction of APO materials or
conversion to judicial protective order is
hereby requested. Failure to comply
with the regulations and terms of an
APO is a sanctionable violation.
This notice is published in
accordance with section 777(i)(1) of the
Act and sections 351.216(e) and
351.222(g)(3)(vii) of the Department’s
regulations.

The Science Advisory Board
(SAB) was established by a Decision
Memorandum dated September 25,
1997, and is the only Federal Advisory
Committee with responsibility to advise
the Under Secretary of Commerce for
Oceans and Atmosphere on strategies
for research, education, and application
of science to operations and information
services. SAB activities and advice
provide necessary input to ensure that
National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration (NOAA) science
programs are of the highest quality and

Time and Date: The meeting will be
held Monday, July 16, 2012 from 9 a.m.
to 5:30 p.m. and Tuesday, July 17, 2012
from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. These times
