ICR number: EPA ICR No. 1395.08, OMB Control No. 2050-0092.
ICR Status: This ICR is scheduled to expire on July 31, 2012. Under
OMB regulations, the Agency may continue to conduct or sponsor the
collection of information while this submission is pending at OMB. An
Agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to

publication in the Federal Register or by other appropriate means, such
as on the related collection instrument or form, if applicable. The
display of OMB control numbers in certain EPA regulations is

Abstract: The authority for these requirements is sections 302,
303, and 304 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act
(EPCRA), 1986 (42 U.S.C. 11002, 11003, and 11004). EPCRA established

of reports of Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and
Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA) hazardous substance and Extremely
