SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Commission instituted this investigation on December 7, 2011, based on a complaint filed by ChriMar Systems, Inc. d/b/a DMS Technologies (‘‘ChriMar’’) of Farmington Hills, Michigan, alleging a violation of section 337 in the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain communication equipment, components thereof, and products containing the same, including power over ethernet telephones, switches, wireless access points, routers and other devices used in LANs, and cameras. 76 FR 76,436–37 (Dec. 7, 2011). The complaint alleges infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,457,250 (‘‘the ’250 patent’’). The first amended complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The Notice of Investigation names a plurality of respondents. On May 14, 2012, the ALJ issued an ID granting ChriMar’s motion to amend the complaint and Notice of Investigation. Order No. 10 at 7. ChriMar sought to add additional facts to the complaint and to amend the Notice of Investigation to add the underlined portion of the following language: ‘‘whether an industry in the United States exists or is in the process of being established as required by subsection(a)(2) of section 337.’’ Id. at 1, 3, 7. SUMMARY: In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Bureau of 
Land Management (BLM) invites public comments on, and plans to request 
approval to continue, the collection of information that is necessary 
to implement two provisions of the Federal Cave Resources Protection 
Act--one which requires Federal agencies to consult with interested 
parties to develop a listing of significant caves, and another under 
which Federal and State governmental agencies and bona fide educational 
and research institutions may request confidential information
