advisory committee is in the public
interest in connection with the duties
imposed on the Commission by the
Commodity Exchange Act, 7 U.S.C. 1–
26, as amended. The Global Markets
Advisory Committee will operate for

The purpose of the Global Markets
Advisory Committee is to conduct

public concern to the exchanges, firms,
market users, and the Commission
regarding the regulatory challenges of a
global marketplace. The advisory
committee will help the Commission
