In the 30-day information collection notice, USCIS inadvertently indicated that it did not receive comments in connection with the 60-day information collection notice it had previously published in the Federal Register on February 28, 2012, at 77 FR 12071, allowing for a 60-day public comment period. USCIS is now correcting that notice to read that ‘‘USCIS received one comment in connection with that publication.’’ This correction does not change the July 9, 2012, commenting period closing date.
