The Dillon Lake Dam is owned by the United States Government and operated by the United States Army Corps of Engineers. The proposed project would consist of: (1) One new 30-foot-long by 30-footwide by 30-foot-high powerhouse, containing one 1.59-megawatt turbine; (2) one new 50-foot-long by 8-footdiameter steel penstock; (3) a new 32foot by 28-foot substation; (4) a new 30foot-wide tailrace; (5) a new 300-footlong, 14.7-kilovolt transmission line; and (6) appurtenant facilities.
