ACTION: The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), is submitting the PO 00000 Frm 00091 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 following information collection request for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection was previously published in the Federal Register on December 21, 2011, Vol. 76 No. 245, pg 79204, allowing for a 60-day comment period. No comments were received on this information collection. The purpose of this notice is to allow an additional 30 days for public comments. Comments are encouraged and will be accepted for 30 days until July 6, 2012. Written comments and suggestions from the public and affected agencies regarding items contained in this notice and especially with regard to the estimated public burden and associated response time should be directed to the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Office of Management and Budget.
