Mineral Lands.
The lands we surveyed are:

The plat, in 11 sheets, representing the
dependent resurvey of a portion of the 12th
standard parallel, through Ranges 96 and 97
West, a portion of the south boundary, a
portion of the subdivisional lines, and the
adjusted original meanders of the former left
and right banks of the Little Missouri River,
through sections 3, 4, 9, 10, 15, 21, 22, 28,
and 33, the subdivision of certain sections,
and the survey of the meanders of the present
left and right banks of the Little Missouri
River, through sections 3, 4, 9, 10, 15, 21, 22,
27, 28, and 33, the limits of erosion in
sections 3, 4, 9, 15, 21, and 22, the left and
right banks and medial line of an abandoned
channel of the Little Missouri River in
sections 15 and 22, and certain division of
accretion and partition lines, Township 148
North, Range 97 West, Fifth Principal
