company’s background and history.
Therefore, pursuant to 21 U.S.C.
823(a), and in accordance with 21 CFR
1301.33, the above named company is
granted registration as a bulk
manufacturer of the basic classes of
controlled substances listed.

A Licensing Board is being
established to consider a petition filed
on May 2, 2012 by Jones River
Watershed Association and by Pilgrim
Watch seeking leave to reopen the
record and request a hearing. The
petition pertains to the January 25, 2006
application from Entergy Nuclear
Operations, Inc. to renew for an
additional twenty years the current
operating license for Pilgrim Nuclear
Power Station, which expires on June 8,
2012.
The Board is comprised of the
