Specifically, Columbia proposes to construct a 1.3 mile, 24-inch diameter pipeline that would tie into Columbia’s VM108 pipeline northwest of the current terminus of Columbia’s existing VM109 pipeline. The VM109 Extension Project will provide 15,000 Dth/d of incremental capacity from Columbia’s existing Boswell’s Tavern and Leach receipt points all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
