CP82–384–000 and CP82–384–001, for authorization to abandon in place and by sale approximately 8 miles of 12-inch diameter pipeline and associated facilities and construct approximately 17 miles of 12-inch diameter pipeline around the city of Conway, Arkansas. CEGT states that the proposed abandonment and reroute is necessary due to encroachment and to ensure safe operation, all as more fully set forth in the application, which is open to the public for inspection. UGI Storage states that the proposed compression will not change the certificated parameters of its existing Tioga Storage Complex.
